Being an artist is hard. It's always a challenge to keep your band on track; manage priorities both online and on stage, create actionable plans, and maintain a forward looking vision for the future of your music. As a band leader, it took away from my creative drive, but hiring Julia has made a significant impact in how I manage my music. 

I've never felt better about my band and its trajectory. I feel like I have someone in my corner to help guide the next step, and someone behind me to keep me moving forward. Being an artist should be about making music, not managing a business.
